This website is operated by Love Ayia Napa (referred to as “Love Ayia Napa / www.loveayianapa.com/ loveayianapa.com / we / our / us”). As user of this website (referred to as “you/your”) you acknowledge that any use of this website including any reservations you make (“use/using”) is subject to our terms and conditions below, which includes any other important hyper-linked sections. Please:

Our Responsibilities as an agent and general Booking Terms and Conditions

• Love Ayia Napa acts as a booking agent only.
• Your booking is bound by the terms and conditions of the operator of your chosen activity/excursion. Their specific full terms and conditions will be supplied on request.
• Love Ayia Napa is not liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for accidents, incidents or any other occurrence whilst participating in any events, activities or excursions that are booked through this website. Love Ayia Napa accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage incurred on any activity/tour/excursion booked through us. Any such claim for injury, loss or damage must be raised solely with the supplier of your experience/activity and any claim must be made against the suppliers own insurance. Love Ayia Napa does not provide public liability insurance or personal injury insurance of any kind. 
• Love Ayia Napa is not responsible for the running of or promotion of any tours or excursions.
• Deposits are non refundable unless the tour/event/activity does not operate on the date you have booked. You may be able to amend the date of your trip as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the departure time. 
• If you have paid in full and need to cancel: Cancellations within 48 hours of your tour/activity start time are 100% non refundable, cancellations outside of this time may receive either a full or partial refund depending on the terms of the operator.
• Participants are responsible for their own actions during the tour/event/activity and must follow the safety instructions and advice given by the guide/leader/driver of the tour/activity/event or the captain/crew of the boat.
• Love Ayia Napa is not responsible nor liable for loss of any personal property left in vehicles, boats or elsewhere. Participants are responsible for their own personal items and Love Ayia Napa accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property whilst on an excursion/trip/tour. 
• Itineraries operate subject to weather conditions. Itineraries may change without prior notice at the discretion of the tour guide/operator when necessary for operational reasons.
• Pick up times and meeting instructions will be confirmed upon booking where applicable.
• Transport to/from your excursion/activity are only included when specified in the description. ​
• When visiting religious sites, legs and arms must be covered. 
• Food and drinks are not provided unless specified in the tour description. 

Order process

• All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions pertaining to the particular activity/excursion you are paying for. 
• The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Love Ayia Napa.
• Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on confirmation by email of the booking details to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns Policy).
• We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact us.

General

• Love Ayia Napa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website of Love Ayia Napa (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
• If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website
• When you use certain Love Ayia Napa services, please read the additional information provided with regards to such services as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.

Payment

• Payment Options - ​Accepted Methods of Payment - Credit Card (processed by Stripe), PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, ooglepay, Applepay,

• We take payment at the time we receive your order. In the rare event that the service you have paid for is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative. Should this prove unsuitable we will refund your payment. It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to show back on your account. All events, excursions and activities shown are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the product booked, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable unless the service does not operate on the booked date. 
• To ensure that your credit, debit, or charge card is not being used without your consent, our payment processor will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003.
• The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:
• While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of experiences you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
• All prices are shown in € / euro and include taxes at the applicable current rates.
• Payments are processed by either Stripe (for card payment) or Paypal. 
• Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. It can take up to 10 working days for refunds to show back into your account depending on your bank. 

4. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

• All event/excursions tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the activity or excursion start time except in the case where the excursion/event does not operate. Love Ayia Napa accepts no liability for tickets booked in error. 
• Sometimes the activity specifications from the organiser may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative.  Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
• All timings and itineraries are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. Last minute operational changes to itineraries are beyond our control and we accept no liability for any operational itinerary changes.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of your chosen excursion/activity have a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside of this time may receive either a full or partial refund depending on the specific terms on the supplier. 

Shipping

• Your order will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of us receiving your booking order.
• We do not post anything to your address, any documents required will be sent by email.
• Our activities and experiences are mostly paperless so you will not need a paper ticket.

• Love Ayia Napa is a business owned by Terri Guy and operating from the Republic of Ireland; Registered as business name number 597223. ​It was created by Terri Guy in 2010 with the aim of providing extensive information about Ayia Napa. 
• We strive to provide honest and accurate information at all times. If we have got something wrong, it is a genuine human error. Please let us know so that we may correct it.

• Love Ayia Napa accepts no liability or responsibility for any accidents, incidents or any other issue which may occur in Ayia Napa or elsewhere. 
• When paying a deposit for an activity, event or excursion you are bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier of that activity, event or excursion. Full terms and conditions for any event, activity or excursion can be supplied upon request. ​
